What's the best color to paint your room:)

Decorating any room in your house is hard, but decorating your bathroom? Hands down the toughest. Bathrooms tend to be the smallest rooms in the house, and small rooms are challenging to get right.

If you’re struggling to find a perfect color palette to match your porcelain throne, I want to let you in on a little secret! Most interior design experts agree that you should choose colors that compliment your skin tone in the bathroom. This is especially true if you plan on doing most of your grooming and beauty routine in this room!

Here our #1 tip for bathroom colors: Choose subtle shades of pink (like rose or coral) or warmer golds and browns. These will be the most flattering hues on your skin.

If you’re not a fan of any of those colors (or don’t care if your wall colors are particularly flattering when you’re getting ready in the morning), go with bold hues instead. Because bathrooms are such small spaces, even the boldest, brightest colors won’t come off as overpowering. This is a great opportunity to take a chance with a color you wouldn’t otherwise use in your home!
